Folk Dance

Chinese Folk Dance has a long history and some of the pieces are based on events from history. Some of the dances that are performed by the CYSM Folk Dance Troupe include:

•    Ribbon Dance
•    Taiping Drum Dance
•    Kung Fu Fan Dance
•    Feather Fan Dance
•    Mountain Dance

Chinese Folk Dance Classes for 2009!

13-17yrs & Adults        $15 single class

Plus new student admin fee $20

Term 3                      18 July – 5 September

Term 4                      10 October – 28 November
